Terms of Service

You can try Zubarh free for 7 days, then keep using it with a monthly subscription or a lifetime license. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy; your license is personal and works on as many Macs as your plan includes.

1. Who we are

Zubarh is made by Umur Gezersu (“we”). “You” are the person who downloads or uses Zubarh. By using Zubarh you agree to these terms.

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, taxes and invoices, and its Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

2. Free trial

A 7-day free trial starts when you first open Zubarh. Every feature is on during the trial and no card is needed. When the trial ends, Zubarh locks until you activate a license; your settings and data stay on your Mac as they are.

3. Your license

• Your license is personal and can't be transferred to someone else.
• You can use it on as many Macs at the same time as your plan includes. To move it, remove it from one Mac (Settings › Premium › “Remove from this Mac”) and activate it on another.
• You may not copy and distribute, sell, rent or reverse engineer Zubarh, or try to get around its license check.
• We keep all rights to Zubarh; you get a right to use it.

4. Monthly subscription

A monthly subscription renews automatically every month on the same payment method until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Settings › Premium › “Orders & subscription” or with the link in your purchase email. If you cancel, Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for; after that Zubarh locks. If the price changes, we'll email you before your next renewal.

5. Lifetime license

A lifetime license is a one-time payment. It doesn't expire and includes future Zubarh updates.

6. License checks

Zubarh checks your license over the internet when you activate it and once a day after that. Without internet, your license stays valid for 14 days after the last successful check. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Updates and support

We deliver updates inside the app. For questions or problems, write to gezersuumur@gmail.com.

8. Requirements and third-party services

Zubarh runs on macOS 14 or later. Some features need macOS permissions and work with third-party services (for example Claude Code, Open-Meteo and Apple); their own terms apply.

9. Limitation of liability

Zubarh is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damages from using Zubarh, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Zubarh in the last 12 months. This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Ending your license

If you break these terms, your license may be disabled. Your license also ends when your subscription ends or when you get a refund.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in still apply.
